Additional fees:
A $75 cleaning fee will be added to all reservations. The rates above are based on double occupancy. A $25 fee will be added per person per night for each additional person.
Damage deposit:
A refundable $250 damage deposit is required for all reservations.
Policies:
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is due two weeks before your check in date.
Deposits will be refunded if cancellation notice is received no less than 7 days prior to the intended date of arrival.
A refund service charge of $25 will be deducted from the deposit.
Dogs considered. A flat rate $50 pet fee applies.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards (in US funds) through paypal and google checkout.
